Job Summary

Leading the enterprise communication strategy, the full-time salaried Director of Internal Communications will ensure organizational alignment and enhance teammate engagement through effective communication plans, data-driven insights, and innovative technologies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communication strategies aligned with business priorities and organizational culture
• Serve as a strategic communications advisor to executive leadership, managing communication for organizational changes and initiatives
• Leverage data and analytics to measure communication effectiveness and continuously improve the teammate experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in internal communications, executive communications, or change management
• Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership to lead enterprise communication strategies
• Proven success in supporting organizational transformations and large-scale business initiatives
• Expertise in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance communication effectiveness and operational efficiency
