Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Internal Communications and Employee Engagement, this full-time hybrid role will develop and implement communication strategies, enhance employee engagement, and improve transparency and trust within the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to support HR stakeholders and major internal events
- Cultivate innovative tactics to enhance employee engagement and share feedback with leadership
- Manage employee recognition programs and oversee internal communication channels to foster a unified culture
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Communications or related fields
- Exceptional writing and visual storytelling skills with a proven ability to create engaging content
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing internal communication strategies
- Proven ability in change management and guiding high-priority initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
