Job Summary

Leading the internal communications strategy, the full-time Director of Internal Communications will manage corporate messaging, oversee change communications, and create engaging content to keep teams informed and aligned, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead communications for high-stakes corporate initiatives and manage sensitive announcements with discretion
• Produce compelling internal content and analyze communication performance to demonstrate impact on engagement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in internal, corporate, or change communications
• Expertise in managing internal communication channels and applying change-management frameworks
• Strong writing and editing skills for transforming complex information into clear messaging
• Proven ability to coach executives and handle confidential communications with judgment
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or a related field
