Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Internal Fraud Risk in Operational Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and oversee the Internal Fraud Risk Management Program, including policies and standards
• Perform independent oversight and challenge first line processes related to Internal Fraud
• Educate and collaborate with first line teams to ensure compliance and effective risk management

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in risk management, compliance, or internal fraud investigation
• Proven analytical skills to synthesize complex information into cohesive conclusions
• Experience in coaching and developing a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and thought leadership in program development
