Job Summary

Leading the technology stack for international membership programs, the full-time salaried Director of International Membership Systems will manage business processes and analytics across multiple countries, focusing on donor-centric systems and data-driven fundraising to maximize revenue and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the constituent relationship management (CRM) platform and affiliated systems, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Lead the design and implementation of business processes related to fundraising activities, gift processing, and data governance
• Manage a multidisciplinary team, providing direction and support for projects related to systems and analytics across various countries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in IT or related fields, particularly with CRM or marketing technologies
• Experience in analyzing and modeling business processes and evaluating IT systems
• Proficiency in data visualization and report development, with working knowledge of SQL
• Supervisory experience managing multidisciplinary teams across multiple countries
