Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of International Moving Services (US).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all departments to ensure productivity, customer quality, and team satisfaction
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to evolve the business in the mobility landscape
• Maintain reports and metrics for Senior Leadership and participate in regular stakeholder meetings

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HHG or Relocation management required
• Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service experience required
• Experience in metric development and management preferred
• Analytics experience preferred, including data interpretation for process improvement
