Director of International Operations

Job Summary

Leading international operations, the full-time Director of International Business Operations will develop and manage processes for executing international projects, support U.S. government contract expansion, and oversee cross-functional teams to establish operational infrastructure in new countries, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and address gaps in international operational capabilities and oversee compliance management activities
• Develop and implement a global expansion strategy, including country prioritization and entry plans
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and support international growth plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in international business operations or global expansion
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Knowledge of U.S. Government contracting and export control regulations
• Experience establishing international entities and managing operational processes
