Director of International Operations

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of international operations, the full-time Director of International Operations will manage fulfillment, compliance, and logistics for non-US markets, ensuring a seamless customer experience while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end international operations strategy, including fulfillment, freight, duties, and returns
• Manage international 3PL and freight partners, optimizing performance and ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs
• Oversee compliance with cross-border duties and taxes, ensuring accurate duty calculations and adapting processes to regulatory changes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in international ecommerce operations, global logistics, or supply chain management
• Proven track record in managing international 3PL and freight partner relationships
• Deep understanding of cross-border duties, taxes, customs, and compliance strategies
• Experience launching new international markets, including systems and carrier management
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with BI tools and OMS/WMS platforms
