Director of International Risk

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, International Risk Program (Remote-Eligible).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise and operational risk management frameworks
• Oversee change management efforts related to international risk oversight across diverse stakeholders
• Create a collaborative environment with various risk teams to enhance the risk experience for the business

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• At least 8 years of experience in risk, compliance, legal, project management, governance, international operations, or audit
• At least 5 years of experience interacting with internal business clients or serving as a consultant for external clients
• At least 3 years of people management experience
• 5+ years of experience in country risk management or oversight of foreign operations (preferred)
