Job Summary
Leading monetization and growth strategy for the International business, the full-time remote Director of International Commercialization Strategy will develop integrated monetization frameworks, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage performance metrics to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop an integrated monetization strategy for International markets, creating actionable go-to-market decisions
- Act as the primary commercial strategy partner to the GM of International, ensuring alignment between product and commercial initiatives
- Define and maintain the KPI framework for International commercial performance, tracking ROI and providing insights for course corrections
Required qualifications
- Experience in high-growth consumer apps or technology businesses with a focus on pricing and monetization strategy
- Strong financial and analytical foundation with experience in building advanced financial models
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering teams
- Exceptional first-principles thinker capable of synthesizing data and developing strategic insights
- Executive-level communication skills with experience in creating narratives for senior leadership
