Director of Investigations

Job Summary

To lead internal investigations across the Americas region, the full-time salaried Director of Investigations will oversee complex matters related to fraud, corruption, and misconduct, while providing strategic guidance and mentorship to a geographically dispersed team in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of all investigations, ensuring alignment with global standards and local regulations
• Lead and mentor a team of investigations professionals, setting expectations for investigative rigor and professionalism
• Personally manage high-risk or high-profile investigations, producing comprehensive reports for senior leadership and regulatory review

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of investigative experience in legal, compliance, risk, audit, or law enforcement environments
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing complex, dispersed teams
• Demonstrated experience with high-risk investigations in large organizations
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in related field preferred
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFE, PCI, AWI) desirable
