Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily investment accounting transactions and ensure adherence to reporting standards
• Prepare and review financial statement disclosures related to the investment portfolio
• Lead and develop a team of investment accounting professionals while collaborating with key stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in investment accounting, financial reporting, or auditing
• Strong understanding of Statutory and GAAP accounting standards for investments
• Experience with structured securities, options, and commercial mortgage loan investments
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
