Director of Investment Analysis

Job Summary

Leading day-to-day business analysis delivery for investment initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Investment Analysis will ensure execution quality, manage requirements processes, and enhance business efficiency while collaborating with stakeholders and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis execution to ensure complete and accurate requirements across investment workflows
• Manage documentation, traceability, and approval processes while improving business processes for efficiency and scalability
• Serve as the primary liaison between Investment stakeholders and Technology delivery teams, supporting solution validation and adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in investment operations, business analysis, or technology delivery within relevant sectors
• 3+ years of experience leading teams or workstreams within large initiatives
• Strong experience in translating investment business needs into functional requirements
• Demonstrated capability in business process documentation and optimization within investment operations
