Director of Investment Strategy

Job Summary

To support the Investment Strategy Team, the full-time Director of Investment Strategy will manage client consultations, develop tailored investment solutions, and enhance collaboration between various internal teams while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with advisors to support proposals and high-stakes presentations, ensuring effective use of Mariner's investment platform
• Serve as a primary contact to facilitate collaboration between the Investment Strategy team and internal strategies, focusing on equity, fixed income, and private investments
• Collaborate with the Managing Director to create allocation models and resources that integrate Mariner's diverse investment offerings

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in investments, wealth management, or related fields
• Demonstrated expertise in allocation planning and structuring investments for diverse client objectives
• Proven success in client-facing investment discussions with UHNW clients
• Comprehensive knowledge of asset classes and portfolio construction
• Advanced credentials preferred (MBA, CFA, CAIA, or equivalent)
