A company is looking for a Director of Investor Relations who will be responsible for investor communications, market analysis, compliance and regulation, stakeholder engagement, feedback to management, and fundraising support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate accurate and timely financial reporting and help investors understand the company's financial performance
- Analyze market trends and investor perceptions to inform company strategy and investor communications
- Engage with shareholders, potential investors, analysts, and media to build and maintain positive relationships
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- 10-15 years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or a related field
- Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting standards
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders
