A company is looking for a Director of Investor Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of capital raises and develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals and private capital sources
• Manage investor communications, ensuring best-in-class service and compliance
• Collaborate with the C-suite on capital markets initiatives and develop multi-year capital raising strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, or other advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, or capital markets
• Proven track record of raising capital from high-net-worth individuals and family offices
• Hands-on experience with securitizations, loan sales, or similar structured financings
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of structured finance documentation
