Job Summary

To advance investor relations strategy, the full-time Director of Investor Relations will lead engagement with institutional investors, develop investor-facing materials, and synthesize market insights while collaborating with executive leadership and various internal stakeholders, with the option for remote work for east coast candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve investor relations strategy in alignment with enterprise priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in investor engagement and financial communications
• Deep expertise in financial analysis and capital markets
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical capability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights
