Director of Investor Relations

Job Summary

To shape and communicate Cabaletta Bio's investment narrative, the full-time Director of Investor Relations will develop and execute an integrated investor relations and external communications strategy while engaging with investors and collaborating across functions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations and external communications strategy aligned with corporate milestones
• Serve as the primary contact for investors and analysts, preparing earnings materials and fostering long-term relationships
• Translate complex scientific developments into clear narratives and ensure consistent messaging across all external channels

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA, or related) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or corporate communications within biotech or life sciences
• Direct experience in autologous cell therapy required
• Experience supporting companies through late-stage clinical development or commercialization preferred
• Strong understanding of biotech capital markets and investor expectations
