Director of Investor Relations

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic Sr Director of Investor Relations to develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy in a full-time remote role, partnering closely with executive leadership to enhance capital markets presence and investor engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the enterprise investor relations strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
• Craft a compelling equity story and ensure alignment between internal plans and external communications
• Serve as the primary contact for the investment community, building relationships with institutional investors and analysts

Required qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or similar roles, preferably in retail or consumer sectors
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• Familiarity with public-company disclosure practices and SEC rules
• Proven ability to build relationships with institutional investors and strong analytical skills
• Experience using AI-powered productivity tools to enhance work processes
