Job Summary
Leading external communications and investor engagement, the full-time Director of Investor Relations will manage the development and execution of investor-relations strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute investor-relations strategies, including proactive outreach and engagement tracking
- Serve as the primary contact for investors, analysts, and media, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging
- Manage the creation and maintenance of all investor relations materials and public-facing communications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in life sciences, finance, or communications preferred
- 8-12 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or strategic finance within biotech or healthcare
- Proven ability to lead IR strategy and manage relationships in the biotech or life sciences sector
- Deep understanding of the pre-commercial biotech landscape and capital markets
- Strong organizational and project-management skills under tight deadlines
