Director of Investor Relations
Job Summary
To support a growing investor relations function, the remote Director of Investor Relations will lead the development of investor messaging, drive engagement with the financial community, and shape the company's narrative during a period of significant growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and evolution of investor messaging, including presentations and executive communications
- Drive the annual investor engagement strategy, including earnings cycles and investor meetings
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing insights and preparation support for investor engagements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, public company investor relations, or corporate finance
- Experience in digital infrastructure or capital-intensive industries is preferred
- Strong command of financial statements and public company dynamics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
