Director of Investor Services

Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of client relationships, the full-time remote Director of Investor Services will oversee globally distributed teams responsible for investor operations, AML compliance, and treasury execution while driving operational excellence and supporting the evolution of the operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage service delivery teams and ensure operational execution across the full investor lifecycle, including onboarding and AML reviews
• Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning across multiple teams
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal departments to enhance workflows, improve operational efficiency, and support scalable service delivery

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in investor services, fund administration, or related private markets operations
• 5+ years of experience leading managers and globally distributed teams in a high-growth environment
• Deep understanding of private markets operations, including investor onboarding and AML/KYC processes
• Proven ability to maintain strong controls and service quality while leading operational teams at scale
• Strong client management skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing escalations
