Director of InvoicePay Monetization

Job Summary

Driving revenue growth through Virtual Card supplier enablement and payment monetization strategies, the full-time salaried Director of InvoicePay Monetization will initially operate as an individual contributor while developing a team to enhance supplier adoption and expand OSV's InvoicePay revenue remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supplier outreach and onboarding efforts to maximize Virtual Card acceptance and activation rates
• Develop a multi-year InvoicePay product diversification roadmap aligned to market opportunities and client demand
• Recruit, hire, and mentor a team of supplier enablement professionals while establishing performance expectations and KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial payments, AP automation, or fintech with exposure to Virtual Card programs
• 5+ years of experience in leading and building teams
• Proven ability to operate independently and drive results without a fully built team
• Track record of building programs or processes from an early stage
• Strong commercial instincts with experience influencing revenue outcomes through partnerships and monetization strategy
