Director of ISP Engineering
Job Summary
To support the growth of Inside Plant Services, the remote Director of ISP Engineering will manage the Engineering, Installation, and Integration Services Business Group, focusing on operations performance excellence, customer relations, and proposal preparation across Telecom and Data Center sectors.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the business development team to support the creation of innovative programs and new customer accounts
- Oversee the implementation of ISP Engineering and Operations performance metrics to drive revenue growth
- Manage a large technical Detail Engineering and Field Operations organization to meet customer requirements and standards
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations management or business development
- Over 10 years of experience in management, operations, or business development
- Strong knowledge of Telecom Carrier and Data Infrastructure
- Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
- Experience leading Telecom Operations Teams to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth
