Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of IT.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop policies and strategies for anticipated growth and technological changes
Maintain and develop ERP solutions, manage web operations, and oversee desktop support and cybersecurity
Lead IT projects, manage team members, and provide business analysis for decision-making

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, Master's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in IT management, particularly in ecommerce
Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ERP systems, AI solutions, and offshore development resources
Project management certification is a plus
