Director of IT
Job Summary
Leading the technology function for a remote-first, multi-location organization, the full-time salaried Director of IT will set the vision for IT infrastructure and security while managing operations, vendor relationships, and budget to support business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own the IT strategy and roadmap, aligning technology investments with operational priorities
- Build and improve IT operations, including user lifecycle management and access governance
- Define and drive the company's cybersecurity posture and establish IT governance policies
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including leading an IT function in a multi-location environment
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD/Entra ID
- Experience owning ERP or CRM platform strategy, with a preference for NetSuite experience
- Strong understanding of network architecture, including DNS, DHCP, and VPN
- Proven ability to communicate technical risks and tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
