Director of IT

Job Summary

Leading the technology ecosystem for a prominent educational services organization, the full-time Director of IT will oversee CRM systems, learning management systems, cloud technology, data analytics, and cybersecurity while collaborating with stakeholders and managing a technical team remotely or onsite in Madison, WI.

Key responsibilities:

• Directs strategic IT planning initiatives and establishes divisional objectives to align with organizational goals
• Leads technology planning and roadmap efforts to identify needs, prioritize investments, and drive technology adoption
• Develops and implements technology modernization strategies, including cloud services and emerging technologies, to enhance operational effectiveness

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of IT leadership experience managing technical experts and aligning technology roadmaps with organizational objectives
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing complex enterprise data integrations across multiple platforms
• Understanding of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, and experience with identity and access management
• Experience with Canvas LMS, Salesforce CRM, and web development technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field
