Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT operations, cybersecurity, or technology risk management
• Hands-on experience with IT systems, cybersecurity software, and compliance frameworks
• Experience managing vendor relationships and building internal IT capacity
• Proven record of building secure and efficient systems
• Experience in education, nonprofit, or social impact organizations is a plus
