Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of DevOps, IT, and Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing organization across DevOps, IT, and Security
• Guide DevOps architecture and ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities
• Direct IT operations and ensure secure, efficient IT service delivery across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, IT, and/or Security roles at a director level or higher
• Proven success in leading and scaling multi-functional teams
• Deep expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of security posture frameworks and compliance standards
• Ability to operate with high autonomy and drive strategic initiatives end-to-end
