Director of IT Applications

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of enterprise applications, the full-time remote Director of IT Applications will manage cross-functional business processes and oversee the delivery of SaaS tools that support Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve cross-functional business processes with clear performance outcomes
• Lead day-to-day execution of business system initiatives, including implementations and integrations
• Act as product owner for core enterprise platforms, prioritizing and making trade-off decisions with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading enterprise applications or IT platforms in scaling environments
• Proven experience with SaaS-based tools that enable core business functions
• Strong expertise in integrations, APIs, and data flows across cloud-based environments
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
