Director of IT Architecture
Job Summary
Leading the Technical Account Management function, the full-time Director of IT Architecture will establish a world-class IT Client Success capability, manage a team of Technical Account Managers, and serve as the primary technology interface between the organization and its strategic clients in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership and performance management for Technical Account Management staff
- Define and execute the strategic vision and operating model for the Technical Account Management function
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with strategic client technology leaders and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8 years of experience in IT-related roles with exposure to various technologies
- 5 years of leadership experience in Technical Account Management or similar areas
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving technology and client-facing teams
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships with executive stakeholders
