Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, IT Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive financial systems strategy to enhance agility, accuracy, compliance, and cost-efficiency
• Lead end-to-end finance process improvements focusing on automation and best practices across financial cycles
• Drive timely and accurate financial close across global entities, ensuring compliance with statutory and corporate requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of IT and financial systems leadership experience
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (EBS and/or Fusion) and financial consolidation platforms
• Experience with FP&A applications
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
