Director of IT for Supply Chain
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and delivery of critical technology capabilities, the full-time salaried Director of IT for Supply Chain Planning & Manufacturing Systems will manage a global team and collaborate with business leaders to enhance operational performance and support enterprise technology objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Own the global IT strategy and delivery portfolio for Supply Chain Planning and Manufacturing Systems, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Partner with various supply chain functions to define system capabilities and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
- Lead end-to-end delivery of global planning and manufacturing initiatives, including solution design, implementation, and post-go-live support
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- 15+ years of progressive IT experience in supply chain, planning, or manufacturing systems, with at least 7+ years in the apparel, retail, or consumer products industry
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience, including program delivery and strategic planning
- Experience with supply chain planning, ERP integration, data analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities
- Willingness to travel up to 10%-20% as required
