Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IT roadmap aligned with organizational goals, focusing on operational excellence, automation, and security
• Oversee enterprise IT systems, manage SaaS applications, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
• Lead and mentor a distributed IT team while collaborating with various departments to enhance technology support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience leading IT teams of 10 or more members across multiple disciplines
• Demonstrated experience managing SaaS ecosystems and integrating with identity platforms
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing ITSM platforms like ServiceNow
