Job Summary

Director of IT Operations is a full-time position responsible for leading and scaling the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability while supporting business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all IT Operations, including systems administration, infrastructure, and support functions
• Define and execute IT strategy aligned with company growth and operational needs
• Drive IT security initiatives, manage IT vendors, and develop IT policies and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7-10+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or infrastructure roles
• Strong experience managing SaaS environments and IT infrastructure
• Deep understanding of IT security principles and compliance practices
• Strong leadership and team management experience
