Director of IT Operations

Job Summary

Leading internal technology operations, the full-time salaried Director of IT Operations will manage business systems, vendor relationships, and platform ownership in a primarily remote setting with occasional meetings in Nashville.

Key Responsibilities

• Own internal technology operations across infrastructure, business systems, vendor management, and end-user experience
• Serve as the primary internal owner for Salesforce and related business platforms, coordinating with external vendors and technical resources
• Partner with leadership on IT planning, security, business continuity, budgeting, and technology roadmap initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT and business systems experience
• Leadership experience in internal IT operations, infrastructure, or platform management
• Salesforce exposure from administration, implementation, or operational ownership perspectives
• Strong Microsoft 365, identity management, and collaboration platform experience
• Experience supporting operationally complex environments such as professional services or healthcare
