Director of IT Operations

Job Summary

Owning IT Operations and IT Engineering end to end, the full-time remote Director of IT Operations will manage enterprise identity, endpoint management, and collaboration tooling while driving an AI Native transformation and enhancing the productivity of a distributed workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution of IT Operations & Engineering, including enterprise identity and end user services
• Drive the technical roadmap, ensuring visibility into IT quality, risks, and investments
• Lead and grow a high-performing IT team, establishing service level standards and fostering an engineering-first mindset

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of IT experience, including 7-8 years in a senior leadership role
• Deep hands-on grounding in modern IT infrastructure and cloud collaboration platforms
• Experience embedding AI tools and automation into IT operations
• Strong communication skills, especially with non-technical teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
