Director of IT PMO

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, IT Project Management Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the performance of the IT PMO team in delivering IT projects
• Develop and improve project portfolio operations, governance, and overall health
• Serve as an escalation point for conflict resolution in high-priority projects

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 8 years of IT project management experience, with 3 years in portfolio/program management
• 2 years of experience leading an IT PMO organization
• Experience with mergers & acquisitions and various project management methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project Server, Jira, and others
