Director of IT Portfolio Management

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with the business portfolio team, the full-time salaried Director of IT Portfolio Management will drive portfolio alignment, prioritization, and execution across Care Management, Utilization Management, and Specialty initiatives while ensuring technology investments align with enterprise strategy and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to operationalize enterprise technology strategies and translate priorities into executable portfolio roadmaps
• Lead the evaluation and prioritization of initiatives to ensure value-based sequencing and establish governance processes for transparency
• Oversee portfolio financials, including budget planning and resource capacity management, to ensure feasible and predictable delivery

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience in portfolio, program, or delivery management
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex portfolios or programs across multiple stakeholders
• Strong ability to communicate with and influence senior leadership and executive stakeholders
• Experience in financial planning, portfolio reporting, and performance management
