Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Commercial and Medical Operations IT Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of technology platforms for operational domains, ensuring compliance and integration with enterprise systems
• Develop a strategic product vision that incorporates digital transformation, data, and AI capabilities
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, prioritizing features based on business impact and user feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in product management, application development, or digital transformation
• 4+ years in leadership roles
• Experience delivering enterprise technology solutions in regulated environments, preferably in Pharma/Biotech
• Expertise in agile methodologies, cloud platforms, and advanced analytics tools
