Director of IT Program Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, IT Program Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct project and program managers in all phases of the project life cycle
• Manage program attributes including costs, budgets, staffing, resources, quality, and risks
• Hire and train staff, conduct performance reviews, provide leadership and coaching

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related experience, including prior management experience
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis, Stakeholder Management, and Vendor Relationship Management
• Knowledge of Agile Management, Scrum, and Software Development Life Cycle
• Ability to lead/manage others and effectively communicate and make recommendations to upper management
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred, SAFe Scrum Master Certification preferred
