Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex technology or operational projects
• Experience implementing hospitality brand technology standards for major brands
• Experience leading change management efforts in hotel environments
• Strong understanding of hotel systems, including PMS, POS, and CRS
• Proven experience managing acquisitions, renovations, and large-scale implementations
