Director of IT Quality Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of IT Quality Engineering to lead and execute test automation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality engineering plans, including resource and budget requirements
• Define and execute processes for reviewing quality defects and ensuring test automation is integrated into the SDLC/Agile process
• Manage team performance, delegate tasks, and oversee vendor management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of relevant Information Technology experience
• 8+ years of experience leading teams with both associate and contract resources
• Experience with cloud migration and cloud-native technologies, particularly in SAP and AWS
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and quality engineering practices
