Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of IT - Software Engineering - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and provide strategic leadership for enterprise-wide IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy
• Develop and execute the IT strategy in partnership with leadership, establishing a roadmap for growth and innovation
• Direct IT service delivery across various domains while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience; high school diploma or GED required
• 8 years of experience in IT-related roles with exposure to various technologies and applications
• 5 years of leadership and people management experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
