Director of K-12 Partnerships

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of K-12 Program Partnerships to expand its Connected Communities initiative nationally through new district partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a national pipeline of K-12 districts for program engagement
• Lead outreach and presentations to district leadership to secure program activations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective program delivery and execution

Required Qualifications

• Five to ten years of experience selling into K-12 school districts
• Experience with curriculum, SEL programming, or community engagement in education
• Proven ability to build relationships with educational leaders
• Experience managing long and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• High empathy for educators, students, and families
