Job Summary
Leading a team of Key Account Managers, the full-time remote Director of Key Accounts will drive account planning, develop growth strategies, and foster strong relationships with key clients to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Provides leadership and management to Key Account Managers, ensuring performance objectives and sales targets are met
- Develops and implements account-specific growth strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align goals
- Builds and maintains long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through decision-making processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- 10+ years of commercial experience in the field, with 5+ years in large account management leadership
- Proven track record in establishing strong customer relationships and growing business
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare landscape, including policies and reimbursement
- Experience in developing strategic account plans and leading cross-functional teams
