Director of Knowledge Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Knowledge & Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a company-wide strategy for AI-enhanced knowledge management and compliance resources
• Develop and deliver customer education programs to drive global adoption of EOR services
• Lead enablement initiatives for operational teams to ensure access to relevant knowledge throughout the customer lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in knowledge management, enablement, customer education, or L&D, preferably in high-growth SaaS or compliance-heavy industries
• Proven experience implementing knowledge management systems with AI or automation features
• Experience managing global or highly regulated knowledge environments
• Expertise in instructional design, content governance, and adaptive learning systems
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in metrics, analytics, and AI-assisted decision-making
