Director of Knowledge Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Knowledge Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the knowledge management strategy, including governance and success metrics
• Design and manage centralized knowledge repositories and ensure they are AI-compatible
• Drive adoption of knowledge tools and processes through training and communication

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in knowledge management or related fields, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proven experience in designing and managing knowledge repositories at scale
• Strong understanding of information architecture and documentation best practices
• Advanced knowledge of AI tools and methodologies for knowledge management
• Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
