Job Summary
Leading the enterprise planning organization, the remote full-time Director of Labor Planning will manage labor planning, workforce strategy, capacity planning, and operational planning across the hub and branch network while driving the transition to automated planning solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Own enterprise labor planning strategy and develop staffing models for seven-day operations
- Design optimized shift structures and workforce strategies to enhance labor efficiency
- Establish capacity planning methodologies and operational readiness standards across the network
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in labor planning, workforce planning, or operations planning within large-scale logistics
- Experience supporting operations with thousands of frontline employees across multiple facilities
- Strong analytical background in workforce planning, forecasting, and capacity modeling
- Proven success leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and organizational transformation
- Experience developing enterprise labor models and workforce strategies
