Job Summary

Leading a regional team of specialists, the full-time salaried Director of Lakebase Sales will drive revenue growth, manage a high-performing team, and execute sales strategies to modernize application architectures and operationalize AI for customers.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and exceed quarterly and annual consumption and booking targets for Lakebase within the region
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a team of Lakebase Sales Specialists, providing coaching on deal strategies and customer engagement
  • Establish relationships with regional CIOs and CTOs while collaborating with cloud providers to accelerate adoption
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud platform, or database sales
  • 3+ years of experience managing high-performing sales or specialist teams
  • Demonstrated success in executing specialized go-to-market strategies within a matrixed organization
  • Strong understanding of modern application architectures, including APIs and microservices
  • Proven track record of selling to CIO, CTO, and platform engineering organizations
