Job Summary
Leading a regional team of specialists, the full-time salaried Director of Lakebase Sales will drive revenue growth, manage a high-performing team, and execute sales strategies to modernize application architectures and operationalize AI for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Own and exceed quarterly and annual consumption and booking targets for Lakebase within the region
- Recruit, hire, and develop a team of Lakebase Sales Specialists, providing coaching on deal strategies and customer engagement
- Establish relationships with regional CIOs and CTOs while collaborating with cloud providers to accelerate adoption
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud platform, or database sales
- 3+ years of experience managing high-performing sales or specialist teams
- Demonstrated success in executing specialized go-to-market strategies within a matrixed organization
- Strong understanding of modern application architectures, including APIs and microservices
- Proven track record of selling to CIO, CTO, and platform engineering organizations
